Another Young and upcoming pianist can be found performing in St James’ Church, Piccadilly this Friday. Head over to the venue in time for 1:10pm where you will find Kärt Ruubel playing alongside Triin Ruubel on the violin in a programme of juxtaposing Beethoven and Szymanowski. Beteween them, the Ruubel girls have won a huge number of prizes and awards and the concert is sure to be stunning. There really is no excuse not to go and listen if you are in the London area on Friday as the concert is free! Interestingly, this concert is supported by the Association of Estonian Professional Musicians.

“Kärt Ruubel is an Estonian pianist and the founder of German-based Neophon Ensemble (neophon.eu) for Contemporary music. As a member of the ensemble she has performed around Germany, Finland, Estonia and Latvia. Through Neophon Ensemble Kärt has had the opportunity to work with composers such as Jörg Widmann, Peter Ruzicka and Wolfgang Rihm.”
